NLP is a psychology simulating the emotional condition of the excellent, so as to stimulate people＇s potential. NLP ＂self-worth＂ concept consists of the cultivation of college stu- dents＇ self-confidence, self-love and self-respect, which directly affect on the pursuit of happiness. This paper discusses the pro- found enlightenment of NLP ＂self-worth＂ concept on ideological and political education.
