Theory of University Spirit

大学精神是体现大学功能、理念、理想追求与价值取向的独特气质。大学以追求真理为使命,必然和必须具备创新精神、科学精神、自由精神、独立精神、人文精神、批判精神、服务精神。其中,追求真理的创新精神是大学精神的核心,大学精神各方面是相辅相成和交互促进的。只有建设、发扬大学精神,大学才能完成自己的使命,引领和推动社会发展。

College spirit is to reflect university function, concept, ideal pursuit and value orientation of the unique temperament. University by the pursuit of truth as the mission, necessary and must have： innovation spirit, scientific spirit, spirit of freedom, independent spirit and humanistic spirit, critical spirit, service spirit. Among them, the pursuit of truth spirit of innovation is the core of university spirit; various aspects of university spirit are the supplement each other and promote interaction.
