浅谈以就业为导向的商务英语教学改革

The Employment-Oriented Reformation on Business English Teaching

商务英语专业培养的方向注重于英语技能,商贸知识以及商务礼仪,培养的是专业性的复合型人才,因此,在商务英语专业的教学中既要有针对性,又要有多样性,以学生的就业为导向,适应社会工作岗位需求,本文分析了商务英语的教学现状,提出了商务英语教学改革的措施,应根据社会的需要和专业的发展,合理制定教学目标和设置课程模块,实施适当的教学策略,以职业能力培养为目标,坚持以就业为导向,满足社会要求。

The cultivation of business English lays emphasis on English skills, business knowledge and business etiquette. Pro- fessional compound talents are cultivated, so not only perti- nence but also diversity should have in business English teaching based on students＇ oriented employment to adapt the demand of work in the society. This paper analyzes the teach- ing current situation of business English, puts forward the measurements of teaching reformation, makes reasonable teaching aims, and sets course module and right strategies ac- cording to the demand of society and the development of ma- jor. Regards professional skill cultivation as the aim and insists on employment-oriented teaching to meet demand of the soci- ety.
