种植体—天然牙支持的种植义齿修复的临床研究

Clinical Study of Implant-Tooth Supported Metal-Porclein Restorations Used in One-Stage Endosteal Implants

目的:了解种植体 -天然牙联合支持的联冠或桥在一段式种植体修复中的临床效果。方法:用常规手术方法植入一段式纯钛螺旋状种植体 ,经愈合期后 ,采用种植体 -天然牙支持的烤瓷固定桥或联冠修复缺失牙。用自觉症状、X线片、牙龈出血指数和牙周袋深度作为观察指标 ,进行每半年一次的追踪观察。结果:55枚种植体行使功能良好。五年成功率达到94.55 %。结论:种植体 -天然牙支持的固定修复是一段式螺旋状种植体可采用的一种好方法。

Objective:To study the long term effects of implant-tooth supported metal-porclein crowns and bridges used in one-stage titanium implants. Methods:55 one-stage srew implants were used. After healing periods, the fixed restorations with metal-porclein were supported by the implants and natural teeth. Follow up were conducted every half a year for five years. The indexes were recorded. Results: All implant-tooth supported restoration function was well. The success rate of five years was 94.55%. Conclusion:Implant-tooth supported restorations are good way used one-stage srew implants to restore the shapes and functions of the missing teeth.
