Diploma is student＇s learning outcome, and it is an im- portant basis for the social acceptance of students, and the im- portance and seriousness of self-evident. The management of diplomas should be scientific, which should be undertaken from the following measures： first, strengthening the independence of the audit aspects and enhance mutual supervision; second, im- proving the efficiency of, the verification link, use of modern tech- noloaw means to narticinate in the audit.
