摘要
食品行业作为人类的生命工业,已越来越为广大人民重视。食品专业的学生就业问题不仅仅是学生自身的问题,更关系到民生大计,让更多懂食品的人才进入食品领域才能更好地保障食品安全。本文主要以南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院的学生为研究对象,具体分析2009、2010、2011三届毕业生中食品相关专业学生就业的情况,从就业整体情况、就业区域、就业单位性质等方面分析目前食品专业学生就业现状、存在的问题和矛盾以及相应的对策。
Food industry, as the life industry of people, is attract- ing more and more people＇s attention. The employment of food majors is not only the problem of students themselves, but also a social issue. Taking students form College of Food Science and Engineering of Nanjing Univemity of Finance ＆ Economics as the research objective, this paper explores the current situation of their employment and the relevant countermeasures.
