摘要
研究纯钛的表面涂层与金瓷界面的关系。方法 :采用等离子和火焰喷涂 ,金相和扫描电镜 (SEM)观察 ,研究了纯钛表面涂层及其烤瓷熔附。结果 :等离子喷涂与火焰喷涂相比具有涂层组织致密 ,杂质含量和气孔率低、涂层与基体间结合强度较高等优点。结论 :梯度涂层中组分的梯度分布能改善金瓷界面的结合状况 ,抑制裂纹扩展。
Objective:Research the porcelain sintering on coatings pure titanium surface.Metheods: This work deals with coatings and porcelain sinterihg on pure titanium by using plasma and flame spray technologies and optical and SEM observations.Results:The results show that plasma spraying can create the coatihg with finer microstructure,lower impurities content,less air hole and higher bonding strength than flame spraying.Conclusion:The gradient distribution of components in titanium-ceramic system leads to tight interfacial bonding restraining crack commencing and spreading.
