动脉入路Onyx栓塞治疗颈髓动静脉畸形的疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 脊髓血管畸形占脊髓占位性病变的3％～4％[1]，而颈髓动静脉畸形（arteriovenousmalformations，AVM）在临床上更为罕见，故对其治疗的方式仍存在争议。由于颈髓AVM的部位特殊，手术治疗往往存在风险。近年来，血管内治疗技术的发展，为其治疗提供了新的选择。我们回顾性分析动脉入路Onyx栓塞治疗6例颈髓AVM的疗效，现将结果报道如下。
