摘要
尊师重教是我国自古以来倡导的社会风尚,我国政府也一直致力于提高教师的社会地位及待遇。教师公务员化这一提议,是关乎教师群体利益的热点问题,这一提议受到了教师群体,尤其是广大农村教师的极力赞同。然而也有很多学者质疑这一提议的合理性及可实施性,认为教师公务员化将会进一步加剧"官本位"在教育事业中的影响,未必能够起到激励教师工作积极性的作用,反而会适得其反。本文从我国当前社会中教师地位和待遇水平的现状,分析"教师公务员化"政策的可行性及实施利弊。
Respecting teachers is a tradition in China, and our government is devoted to the improvement of teachers' social position and salary. To make the teacher civil servant is a hot topic favored by all teachers, especially rural teachers. Howev- er, some scholars hold that it is not rational and feasible for it cannot stimulate teachers' working enthusiasm. In view of the current situation of teachers' social position and salary, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of making the teacher civil servant.
