大学精神是大学发展的动力和源泉,同时也对辅导员思想政治教育工作有着深刻的影响,在大学生成长成才、品德修养和全面发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,辅导员在对大学生进行思想政治教育时,必须在大学精神的视角下展开,充分发挥大学精神的启迪、陶冶、引导和塑造功能。

University spirit affects deeply to the college in- structor＇s work of ideological political education, and also it plays a crucial effect on the growth, moral cultivation and the all-round development of the college students. Therefore, in the ideological and political education of college students, the instructor should give full play to the enlightenment, edifica- tion, instruction and shaping function under the perspective of university spirit.
