高校思政教师与辅导员相结合加强思政教育的机制探析

An Inquiry into the System of Strengthening Ideological and Political Education through the Cooperation of Ideological and Political Education Teachers and Counselors

加强高校大学生思想政治教育,是实现高等学校培养目标的需要和重要保证。大学生的思想政治教育主要通过思想政治理论课课堂教学主渠道和日常思想政治教育主阵地这两个环节来实践,即主要由思政课教师和辅导员这两支队伍来完成。在充分认知这两支队伍工作职责的一致性和工作内容同根性的基础上,在学校领导的高度重视和大力支持下,建立健全相关的管理体制,搭建有效的平台,设置科学的思想政治教育学科的课程体系,加强两支队伍的有效融合,促进思想政治教育理论和实践的无缝对接,有效提高高校大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

To strengthen ideological and political education of college students is the need and guarantee of realizing college cultivation goal. Ideological and political education of college students is mainly accomplished by ideological and political e- ducation teachers and college counselors. Through the com- bined action of the two groups, we can effectively improve the efficiency of college students＇ ideological and political educa- tion.
