Vocational English teaching should aim at students＇ actual needs. With the development of technology, more and more new types of teaching equipment appear in the class. This en- courages us to change the traditional teaching methods. Films and television proagrams provide real language environment which is needed in language learning. If vocational English teaching can make good use of English films and TV programs, students in these schools will make much progress and learn English natu- rally.
