高校后勤服务规范化管理探讨

Discussion on the Standardized Management of Logistical Service in Colleges and Universities

高校的后勤管理工作是实施高校管理工作的重要内容,要实现高校后勤服务的规范化管理,需要联系高校实际情况,进行统一规划。目前我国高校后勤体制并不完善,实施高校后勤管理体制改革时虽然取得了一定的成效,不过也存在很多的问题,难以实现高校后勤服务规范化管理。如何解决这些问题,通过分析高校学生宿舍管理及食堂改革制度,进行高校后勤服务规范化管理的探讨。

Logistical management of the college is an important content of the implementation of the college management. To achieve standardized management of the university logistic services, we need to contact the actual situation of the univer- sities and make unified planning. Chinese university logistics system is not perfect, although some effectiveness of the imple- mentation of the college logistics management system reform has been achieved, there are also a lot of problems, which make it difficult to realize the standardized management of uni- versity logistics services. In view of how to solve these prob- lems, by analyzing the college dormitory and cafeteria reform system, this paper explores the standardized management of u- niversity logistics services.
