Ordinary University Students' Part-Time Status in the New Historical Stage and the Construction of Its Management System

大学生兼职现象历来是普通高校文化生活的重要组成部分。随着时代的发展,越来越多的大学生投入到兼职的行列,不得不引起我们足够的重视,文章站在历史的新阶段探讨了大学生兼职的现状,提出了四条建设性意见和建议,旨在推进和完善大学生兼职市场管理,完善大学生利益诉求表达机制,为建立健全新时期大学生兼职管理体制机制提供理论参考。

College students＇ part-time phenomenon has always been an important part of the cultural life of college. With the development of the times, more and more students undertake part-time jobs, so it should arouse enough attention. Based on analyzing the current situation of college students＇ part-time job in the new historical stage, this paper proposes four con- structive comments and suggestions, aiming to advance and improve college students part-time market management, im- prove college students＇ interest expression mechanism, and provide a theoretical reference for the establishment and im- provement of college students＇ part-time management.
