摘要
从海洋生物纯化获得的一种活性多肽CPU HAP 140 ,用四氯化碳和半乳糖胺分别损伤小鼠肝来研究CPU HAP 140的保肝作用。结果发现 :(1)CPU HAP 140能显著降低四氯化碳和半乳糖胺所致的小鼠血清ALT和AST的异常升高 ,并呈现良好的剂量相关性。 (2 )CPU HAP 140能显著降低半乳糖胺中毒小鼠的死亡率。 (3)肝组织切片 :CPU HAP 140可使四氯化碳和半乳糖胺损伤肝组织的程度减轻。 (4)急性毒性试验表明 ,CPU HAP 140属低毒活性多肽。以上结果提示 ,CPU HAP 140可能是一种有希望用于临床治疗肝病的生物制剂。
An active polypeptide was extracted from marine organisms,named CPU HAP 140 The mice were injected with carbon tetrachloride or D galactosamine to induce hepatic injuries and the protective effect of CPU HAP 140 on thus induced damage was investigated The results showed:(1) CPU HAP 140 could suppress the elevation of ALT and AST induced by carbon tetrachloride intoxication or D galactosamine intoxication in a dose dependent manner (2) CPU HAP 140 could decrease the mortality induced by D galactosamine poisoning mice (3) Hepatic histological findings indicated that the degree of CCl 4 or D Gal induced hepatic lesions could be lessened by CPU HAP 140. (4)The experiment of acute showed:CPU HAP 140 was a low toxic peptide The results mentioned above indicate that CPU HAP 140 may be a biological product against hepatitis
