摘要
文章在分析公办高职院校内部管理体制改革历史及现状的基础上,指出内部管理体制改革的目标就是要优化公办高职院校内部权力结构,建立现代大学制度,并提出了公办高职院校内部管理体制改革的价值选择和改革路径。
On the basis of analyzing the history and present situation of inner management system reform in state-owned higher vocational colleges, the paper points out that the aim of the reform is to optimize the power structure in state-owned higher vocational colleges and build modern college regulations. Besides, the essay also put forward the choices of values and means of reform of inner management system reform in state-owned higher vocational colleges.
