摘要
甘油发酵原液中的残糖浓度高达 3 0 %~ 5 0 % ,给后提取工作造成很大的困难。利用一株枯草杆菌 6 6 331,进行甘油发酵原液的二次发酵 ,使得残糖浓度降至 1 0 %以下 ,且甘油含量基本不变 ,有利于下一步的提取精制。
