摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析了“促细胞代谢素注射液”中的活性成份多肽 ,并研究其与稳定性关系。“促细胞代谢素注射液”中的多肽由十几种成份组成 ,其肽谱图与进口“爱维治”基本相同 ;高温和强光照射能明显改变本品的肽谱图 ;室温考察时 ,其多肽组成稳定。本研究不仅为分析“促细胞代谢素注射液”的活性成份多肽提供了一种可行的方法 ,而且为研究其稳定性提供了科学的依据。
We used the method of the high performance size exclusion chromatography to analysis the active component polypeptide in the Promoting Cellular Metabolic Agent Injection( PCMA), at the same time , we also study the effects of the temperature, light and long time on the peptide analysis. The results showed that the polypeptide in the PCMA was composed of more than ten kinds of small moecular peptides, the peptide analysis figure of the PCMA was simillar with the drug 'actovegin'. The condition of high temperature(80℃)and light(3000lx)could greatly alter the peptide analysis figures of PCMA , the peptide analysis figures of the PCMA in the room temperature kept was unchangable. This study not only provided a good method for analysis the active peptide in the PCMA ,but also provided scientific ways for studying the stability of the PCMA.
