Burtt种子团中分得 5个化合物 ,经光谱鉴定为黄芪苷(astragalin, )、山柰酚 - 3- O -葡萄糖醛酸苷 (kaempferol- 3- O - glucuronide, )、三十七烷酸 - α-单甘油酯(heptatriacontanoic acid 2 ,3- dihydroxypropyl ester, )、三十七烷酸 -β-单甘油酯 (heptatriacontanoic acid 1,3-dihydroxypropyl ester, )、三十五烷酸 - β-单甘油酯 (pentatriacontanoic acid1,3- dihydroxypropyl ester, )。均为从姜科植物中首次分得 ,其中 含量高达
Five chemical constituents were isolated from the seed cluster of Alpinia nigra (Gaertn ) Burtt (Zingiberaceae) and identified as kaempferol 3 O glucoside (astragalin, Ⅰ), kaempferol 3 O glucuronide (Ⅱ), heptatriacontanoic acid 2, 3 dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅲ), heptatriacontanoic acid 1, 3 dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅳ) and pentatriacontanoic acid 1, 3 dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅴ) based on spectral data Ⅰ～Ⅴ were isolated from the plants of Zingiberaceae for the first time and Ⅱ was obtained in a rather high yield of ca 1%
