抗生素在鸡腿菇担孢子萌发中的抑菌效果

摘要 鸡腿菇成熟时子实体自溶成墨汁状液体,液体中含有多种微生物,这使得从中分离担孢子和通过单孢杂交进行良种选育变得困难.本文试验了四种抗生素在鸡腿菇担孢子萌发时对杂菌的抑制效果,结果表明头孢曲松钠浓度为125μg/mL时,抑菌效果最好;卡那霉素浓度为75μg/mL时,效果较好;硫酸庆大霉素浓度为20μg/mL时,也可选作从墨汁化液体中分离单孢子;链霉素表现为对杂菌和鸡腿菇担孢子的同步抑制,不适宜用来分离鸡腿菇担孢子. The fruit bodies of shaggy mane will autolyse into ink-similar liquid when mature with many kinds of microorganisms. This makes it difficult of separating basidiospores and hybridization breeding by single spore hybridization. Four antibiotics are used to test the microbiostatic effects on basidiospore germination in Coprinus comatus. The results show that rocephin is the best when the concentration is 125μg/mL, kanamycin is better when the concentration is 75μg/ml, and gentamycin can also be used when its concentration is 20μg/mL, but streptomycin is not suitable for he separation of basidiospores 15ecause of its synchronous suppression for basidiospores germination and micro propagation.
