摘要
以损伤失效率TFR模型为前提,探讨了多步步加试验中分组数据的参数估计等问题,并通过蒙特卡罗数据模拟得到的结果,直观地说明了本文中参数估计的方法在大样本条件下更加适用.
Under the multiple step-stress accelerated life testing, the text discussed the methods of parameter estimate based on grouped data built on the assumption of the time formula of TFR model. The result of Monte Carlo simulation intuitively explained that the methods were fit for large specimen.
