摘要
以葡萄糖为造孔剂制备了新型的Bi0.5(Na0.7K0.2Li0.1)0.5TiO3无铅多孔压电陶瓷.研究了造孔剂含量对该多孔陶瓷的孔隙率的影响,并利用XRD,SEM等测试技术表征了该多孔陶瓷晶体结构、表面形貌和介电压电性能.研究结果表明,在所研究的加入造孔剂范围内,多孔陶瓷形成纯的钙钛矿固溶体,其孔隙率随葡萄糖加入量的增加而增加,最高达40.5%,而压电性能和介电性能急剧降低.
A porous lead-free ceramic was prepared with amylaceum for the porous agent. The influence of Bulk porosity to the porous lead-free ceramic by different mass fraction porogens was researched. The microstructure and shape were studied by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and the dielectric properties were measured by digital electron instruments. The X-ray diffraction patterns revealed that all ceramics investigated can form a pure perovskite phase at the different mass fuaction porogens addition. The bulk porosity of porous BNKLT ceramics was higher with more amylaceum,but the piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties sharply decreased.
