摘要
以铁路维修的库存控制为背景,提出一种基于优化采购策略的库存控制模型.这一模型综合考虑库存材料的采购成本和库存成本.该模型的目标函数是一个随机变量的函数,而且随机变量的分布未知.本文提出了新的随机模拟方法来解决这一问题.数值试验表明,和现有的铁路维修库存控制方案比较,成本大为降低,并提高了材料保障率.这一模型也适用于其他行业类似的库存控制问题.
By exploring the inventory control of railway maintenance as the research background, a new inventory control model is proposed in this article which aims to optimize purchasing strategy. This model takes into overall consideration both the purchasing cost and inventory cost. The object function of this model is a function of random variables whose distributions are unknown. A new method based on stochastic simulation is established to solve the problem. Compared with the existing solution to the inventory control of railway maintenance, the new method will greatly reduce the cost. At the same time, it can increase the material guarantee ratio. This model can also be applied to other industries with similar inventory control problems.
