随着政府公共服务的理念的确立,覆盖全社会公共服务体系逐步建成,运用公共管理学理论,以提高青少年体质素质,促进青少年健康成长为目标,构建青少年体育公共服务体系.

With the establishment of public service by our government, the social public service system will be constructed gradually. One important part of it is to set up a public service system of sports of the teenagers to improve their physical conditions of young people and promote their healthy growth by use of the public management theory.
