膨化全脂大豆对荷斯坦奶牛产奶性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择出生日期、胎次、产奶量和体重相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛24头,随机分成4组(对照组、试验1、2、3组),每组6头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加膨化全脂大豆0.5、1.5和2.5kg,预试期14d,正试期63d,研究不同水平膨化全脂大豆对产奶性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,试验1~3组的产奶量和标准乳产量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),试验组间差异不显著(P〉0.05);添加膨化大豆1.5和2.5kg组能显著提高血液胆固醇的含量(P〈0.05);在基础日粮中添加膨化全脂大豆0.5、1.5和2.5kg均能显著提高血清尿素氮的含量(P〈0.05)。 To study the effect of different levels of extruded full fat soybean on milk performance and blood biochemical parameters, twenty four healthy Holstein cows with similar parturition date parity milk yield and body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group, group 1, group 2 and group 3) of 6 cows. The control group was fed with basal diet and group 1, 2 and 3 were fed with basal diet added 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 kg extruded full fat soybean. Pretrial period were 14 d, test period was 63 d. The results showed that, standard milk yield and milk performance of group 1, 2 and 3 were higher than control group significantly(P0.05), and there were no significant difference among the test groups(P0.05). Add 1.5 and 2.5 kg extruded full fat soybean group can significantly raise blood cholesterol content. Add extruded full fat soybean 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 kg to basal diet were able to significantly increase serum blood urea nitrogen(P0.05).
