摘要
大肠癌是人类常见的消化系恶性肿瘤,化疗是治疗该病的主要手段之一,但大肠癌细胞对化疗药物的多药耐药性阻碍了该病的治疗进程.RNA干扰能特异性阻断耐药靶基因表达,近年来已逐渐应用于大肠癌多药耐药的基因治疗,并取得了一些突破性的进展.本文就近年RNA干扰在大肠癌多药耐药研究中的应用概况予以综述,以冀对临床治疗有所提示.
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant digestive tract tumors in the world. Che- motherapy is the main treatment for colorectal cancer. However, multidrug resistance of tumor cells hinders its treatment. RNA interference, which allows specifically inhibiting the expression of multidrug genes, has been gradually applied to gene treatment for multidrug resistance. This paper aims to summarize the progress of application of RNA interference in research ofmultidrug resistance in colorectal cancer.
