摘要
自2005年印度提出"西向"政策以来,印度与海合会的军事与安全合作日趋频繁,印度在海湾地区的军事影响力正逐年增强。但由于该地区地缘政治环境的复杂性和印度自身实力有限,印度与海合会的军事安全合作存在许多制约因素。针对这一新变化,中国应作出理性客观的判断并有所准备,以有效维护、拓展在海湾地区的利益。
Since India set forth 'looking west' policy in 2005,military and security cooperation between India and the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf(GCC) has been growing and so has India's military influence in the Gulf region.Given the complex geopolitical environment of the region and India's own clout,limited,however,the cooperation is multifariously constrained.In light of this new change,China should work on a reasonable and objective judgment on the situation and prepared to maintain and expand its own interest in the region.
