摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法对白菜中甲基对硫磷分离和检测,对样品的提取、净化以及检测的色谱条件进行筛选和优化。以shim-pack VP-ODS为分离柱;流动相为V甲醇∶V水=85∶15,紫外检测波长为265nm.该方法所测得的甲基对硫磷在0~2.0mg/L内具有良好的线性,加标回收率在99.8%~110.0%。该方法稳定可靠,回收率高,适合各种蔬菜中甲基对硫磷残留量的分析。
In this paper,residues of organophosphorous pesticides parathion-methy was analyzed and separated by high performance liquid chromatography.The analysis conditions were optimized for the extraction,purification and separation of samples.Separation was performed in shim-pack VP-ODS column with an eluent consisting of methanol-water(volume ratio 85:15) mixture.The eluate was detected by UV detector at 265 nm.The experimental data had a good characteristic of linearity in the range of 0-2.0 mg/L,The recovery ration ranged from 99.8% to 110.0%.The method proved to be stable and could be used to analyse parathion-methy in different vegetables.
