对包头市中学田径运动发展影响因素分析

The Analysis of Influencing Factors in Secondary School Athletics Delepment in Baotou City

运用文献资料法、调查法等,分析了包头市中学田径运动发展影响因素,研究结果表明:中学学校领导对田径运动开展比较重视,但经费来源单一,器材严重不足,直接影响田径教学与训练的质量;教师工作认真,但工作量大,工作量计算不合理、待遇较低,在一定程度上影响教师工作的积极性;学生对田径运动热情较高,参训学生家长支持子女参加田径课余训练。

This paper focuses on analyzing of influencing factors of athletic in use of literature,surveys etc,.The investigation shows：headmasters in secondary school pay more attention to athletic delepentment,but training a single source of funding for training equipment and a serious shortage of,after-school athletics seriously affect the quality of training;the teachers are in high seriousness,but they have less opportunity,the heavy work load,lower benefits and unreasonable evaluation system,to some extent have affected the enthusiasm of teaching;The students are high enthusiasm in athletics delepent,because their parents support their kids to have such training in their free time.
