p27蛋白在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression of p27 protein in squamous lung cancer and its significance

目的：研究p27蛋白在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达，并探讨其与预后及临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法：应用免疫组化法检测p27蛋白在73例肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平，并用log－rank检验检测p27表达与生存时间的关系。Cox回归模型作单因素、多因素预后分析。结果：p27在肺鳞状细胞癌中高表达率为39．8％（29／73），低表达率为60．2％（44／73），p27的表达与肺鳞状细胞癌患者术后生存期及肿瘤分化程度显著性正相关，并可作为一个独立的判断预后的指标。但其表达水平与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均无关。结论：p27表达指数可作为判断肺鳞状细胞癌预后的重要指标。

Objective: To investigate the expression of p27 in human squamous lung cancer, and the relationship between its expression and prognosis of the patients as well as clinicpathological charasteristic. Methods: The expression of p27 in 73 cases of squamous lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between expression of p27 and survival time was analysed by log-rank text, and the univariate and multivariate prognostic analyses were performed by using Cox regression model. Results: The high expressive rate for squamous lung cancer was 39. 8% (29/73 ), the low expressive rate was 60. 2% (44/73 ), the expression of p27 was positively correlated with survival time and differentiation.Cox regression model showed that p27 was an independent prognostic marker of squamous lung cancer. But the expression of p27 was not correlated with the size of tumor, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion: p27 may be of value for predicting the prognosis of squamous lung cancer patients.
