颈内动脉线栓与环扎建立大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌模型 被引量:31

摘要 目的 建立重复性好、结果可靠、稳定性强的动物模型 ,并对两种不同品系的动物进行对照。方法 SD大鼠 5 2只 ,L ewis大鼠 30只 ,随机分为 5组 ,非环扎组采用 L onga方法 ,环扎组采用线栓并环扎颈内动脉(ICA)与翼颚动脉 (PPA )分叉处远端的 ICA。结果 神经体征评分与梗死体积有明显的相关性 ,线栓并环扎颈内动脉远端不但大大的提高了梗死率 ,而且梗死体积比较稳定 ,与不环扎组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 L ewis大鼠梗死成功率高 ,体积较稳定。结论 颈内动脉线栓与环扎建立大鼠局灶缺血再灌模型的方法可靠 ,稳定性好 ,L ewis大鼠是一种用于研究局灶脑缺血较理想的实验动物。 Objective To establish the repeatable,stable and reliable model of regional cerebral ishemia and reperfusion and to compare with two different strains of rats. Methods 52 SD rats,30 Lewis rats were randomly devided into 5 groups. Non fasten group had been undergone with longa method,and fasten group with thread embolizing and fastening the segment of ICA where distant to the bifurcation of ICA and PPA. Results The neurologic scores and the volumes of infarction had a close relationship with each other.On thread emboliging and fastening group there existed not only higher rate but also more stable volumes of infarction. Conclusion The model of regional cerebral infarction the method of thread embolizing and fastening of ICA in rat is reliable and stable,and Lewis rats are suitable for the study of regional cerebral ishemia and reperfution.
