合并冠状动脉粥样硬化2型糖尿病患者体脂分布与血清同型半胱氨酸的研究
摘要
目前随着生活水平的提高，以胰岛素抵抗为基础的2型糖尿病（T2DM）或糖调节受损、肥胖、血脂异常及高血压等多种代谢危险因素在个体内集结发生的现象不断增多。其中，肥胖和胰岛素抵抗是中心环节，人们逐渐认识到脂肪分布在心血管及代谢疾病中的重要性。1970年McCully首次提出了高同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）血症可能参与动脉粥样硬化形成的理论，血清Hcy水平与糖尿病和心血管疾病的关系日益受到重视。本研究探讨合并冠状动脉粥样硬化T2DM患者的体脂分布特征，并观察其与血清Hcy的关系。
