摘要 针对矿山湿式球磨机的作业环境,新研制开发了一种无Mo、Ni耐磨蚀中铬合金钢衬板,HRC≥52,aK≥44J/cm2。工业应用表明,筒体衬板使用寿命可保证在1.5年以上,端衬板和出料篦板使用寿命可保证在1年以上,实现了低成本、低消耗、高耐磨性,是替代高锰钢衬板的优良耐磨蚀钢材料。 Aiming at the work environment of mine wet ball mill a new developed one with no Mo, Ni and abrasion resistant chrome alloy steel lining board with HRC ≥152, aK ≥144 J/cm2 has been put into industrial use, resulting in that service life has been guaranteed as cylinder liner with longer than 1.5 years while liner and the material deck plate with more than a year. With realized low cost, low consumption and high wear resistance it has become a replacement of high manganese steel lining board.
