摘要
利用羽毛蛋白制备螯合蛋白铵铜硼盐防腐剂,对竹材进行防腐处理。防腐剂的FTIR分析表明,蛋白质与铜盐、硼盐形成了氨基酸金属盐、氨基酸盐,从而可以提高铜、硼在竹材内的固着性能。耐腐试验结果表明,防腐剂赋予防腐试件较好的耐腐性能,并且通过正交试验较佳防腐效果的防腐剂配制方案。
Bamboo samples were treated by feather protein/ammoniacal copper borates preservatives. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR) study of the preservatives suggested the formation of metal amino acid chelates due to reactions of protein with copper salt and borates, which could improve the fixation of copper and boron in the bamboo. The decay resistance tests showed better durability of the samples and the optimum formula of the preservative was obtained by orthogonal tests.
