摘要
分别采用常规烧结和低温烧结制备了NdFeB磁体,对样品的结构和性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,低温烧结磁体的晶粒均匀细致,晶界平滑、清晰,富钕相均匀弥散地分布于晶粒周围,微观组织得到改善;剩磁基本没有改变,内禀矫顽力、取向度、最大磁能积均有所提高。
NdFeB magnets were prepared by conventional sintering and low-temperature sintering, respectively, and their microstructure and magnetic properties were analyzed eoparatively. The results showed that low-temperature sintered magnet exhibits uniform and fine grains, smooth and clear grain boundary, Nd-rich phase uniformly dispersed around the grains.As a result, magnet was obtained with almost the same remanence, and improved intrinsic coercivity, degree of orientation, and maximum energy product by low temperature sintering.
