摘要
在软磁铁氧体生产过程中,可以通过热重分析方法对软磁铁氧体材料中水分和黏合剂的挥发、坯件颗粒间发生的固相反应、坯件的收缩等情况进行分析,有效指导生产。为了获得精确的热重分析实验结果,通过实验分析了升温速率、走纸速率、炉内气氛、试样用量、试样粒度、试样容器、浮力和对流、挥发物的冷凝、装填方式和预热时间等因素对热重分析结果的影响,以便在实际测量中将这些因素的影响减到最小,提高热重分析的测试质量,保证在软磁铁氧体质量控制中的应用。
In the production of soft ferrite material and cores, volatilization of water and adhesives, solid state reaction between the particles and blank shrinkage can be analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis, to effectively guide the production. By a lot of experiments, we analyzed the influencing factors of therrnogravimetric analysis, including heating rate, paper feed rate, furnace atmosphere, sample quantity, sample particle size, sample containers, buoyancy and convection, condensation of volatiles, loading mode and preheating time, so that in actual measuring the impact of these factors can be minimized and thermogravimetric analysis test Quality improved.
