摘要
用软磁铁氧体材料制作的各种隔磁片作为无线充电技术的主要部件,在无线充电设备中起增高感应磁场和屏蔽线圈干扰的作用。无线充电设备对软磁材料性能和产品尺寸、可靠性等要求较高,其主要用到的产品包括NiZn铁氧体薄磁片、MnZn铁氧体薄磁片和柔性铁氧体磁片。本文将简单介绍无线充电领域用各种软磁铁氧体材料和产品。
As the key elements of wireless charging devices, soft ferrite parts are used to increase the strength of induced magnetic field and shield the interference of coils. For this reason, soft magnetic cores should be provided with good property and precise dimensions. Products used in wireless charging application are mainly flexible ferrite sheets and thin type disks of NiZn and MnZn ferrite materials. This article briefly describes the various soft ferrite materials and products for wireless charging.
