注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗儿童孤独症的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Injection for Treating Childhood Autism

目的观察注射用鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)对2～6岁孤独症患儿的治疗效果。方法观察组30例2～6岁孤独症患儿,给予综合康复治疗+mNGF注射1～3个疗程,按1∶1配对选择对照组30例,仅给予综合康复治疗,治疗前后进行ABC量表、CARS量表评分,观察得分变化情况。结果两组在治疗后ABC量表、CARS量表的分数较治疗前都明显下降,差异有显著性,提示综合疗法+mNGF治疗对儿童孤独症有明显疗效;两组在治疗前ABC量表、CARS量表的评分差异无显著性,治疗后观察组分数较对照组低,差异有显著性,提示综合疗法+mNGF比仅用综合疗法效果更好。结论mNGF对儿童孤独症疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor（mNGF） injecting on the 2-6-year-old autistic children.Methods The observation group（30 cases of 2-6-year-old autistic children） was given the therapy with comprehensive rehabilitation and mNGF injection for 1-3 courses of treatment.The control group（1 ∶ 1 paired 30 cases） was given only the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The score changes of the Autism Behavior Checklist（ABC） and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale（CARS） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of ABC and CARS after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment with statistical difference,indicating that the comprehensive therapy and mNGF injection had the apparent effect for treating autistic children.The scores of ABC and CARS before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups.The scores of ABC and CARS after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical difference,indicating that the effect of comprehensive therapy plus mNGF injection had better effect than the comprehensive therapy alone.Conclusion mNGF has apparent effect and no obvious adverse reactions in treating pediatric autism,and is worthy to be popularized.
