高效液相色谱法测定复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷含量

Determination of Forsythin in Compound Qinlan Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立测定复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为278 nm。结果连翘苷进样量在1.22～12.2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为98.66%,RSD=0.72%(n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of forsythin in Compound Qinlan Oral Liquid.Methods The method was performed on the C 18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water（25 ∶ 75）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was set at 278 nm.Results The linear range of forsythin was 1.22 12.2 μg,r = 0.999 5 and the average recovery rate was 98.66%,RSD = 0.72%（n = 6）.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate and better repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
