全媒体语境下新闻专业人才培养模式的转型

Transformation of the Talents Training Mode under the Background of Omnimedia

媒介形态的融合对传媒人才的知识结构提出更高的要求,我国高校原有的培养模式已经严重滞后于传媒产业的发展。高校新闻学专业培养模式要实现四个层面的变革:一是专业型人才向复合型人才的转型;二是单一型课程体系向融合型课程体系的转型;三是整合人力资源,打造跨媒体、跨学科、跨专业的师资队伍;四是搭建全媒体实验、实训平台。

The tendency of medium fusion has raised a higher claim on the knowledge structure of media tal- ents. However, in Chinese colleges, the original talents training modes seem to have seriously lagged behind the development of media industries. Based on the concept of Omnimedia, the training modes of journalism should transform from the following four aspects： first, the professional training mode should transform to compound talent training; second, the curriculum should change from unitary types to synthesis; third, the human resources should be integrated ： fourth, the multifimetinnal Omnimedia platform should be constructed.
