摘要
针对胶磷矿浮选精矿三相泡沫体系,研究了胶磷矿精矿三相泡沫稳定性的影响规律。研究表明:与氧化石蜡皂和塔尔油相比,油酸钠作为捕收剂时产生的三相泡沫最为稳定;-0.01 mm粒级胶磷矿固体颗粒显著提高了三相泡沫稳定性,而0.01~0.038 mm粒级对三相泡沫稳定性影响不大,0.038~0.076 mm粒级则降低三相泡沫的稳定性。
In this article, the influence of The three phase was studied. The results showed that the three - phase foam blest compared to the foam produced by the oxidized paraffin collophanite foam stability in flotation produced by sodium oleate was the sta- soap and tall oil. The collophanite sol- id particles with the size fraction of -0.01mm improved the stability of three- phase foam signal- ly. The size fraction of 0.01 -0.038mm had no influences on the stability of three -phase foam, and the size fraction of 0.038 - 0.076mm lowered it.
