百草枯中毒患者肾脏损害的病理形态学表现(附4例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 随着百草枯(paraquat,PQ)除草剂在中国广泛应用,百草枯中毒患者也不断增加。文献报道百草枯中毒病死率高达50%~80%。尤其对肾脏损害的发生率高。临床表现轻重不一,表现形式多样,轻者可以表现为单纯的尿液检验异常,如蛋白尿和,或血尿,重者可以表现为快速进展的少尿、无尿,甚至需要肾脏替代治疗,
