在 1990年代 ,配合区域性中心城市的发展目标 ,上海市经历了经济结构重组和建成环境演化。本文研究表明 ,上海的城市开发和城市结构重组作为并行互动过程 ,就达成城市发展目标而言取得了明显成效。

In 1990's,Shanghai has experienced the economy restructuring and the urban built environment evolution in fiting with the target to become the regional center.This paper testifies the urban development and the economic restructuring,the two processes of collateral and connecting to each other,have made obvious effect as to approaching the development goal.
