摘要
高校毕业生就业是关系老百姓切身利益的大问题。随着教育大众化阶段的到来,高校毕业生就业难问题日益突出,其中因大学生就业能力和就业认知与企业需求之间不匹配而导致的结构性就业矛盾尤为突出。通过对高校毕业大学生和用人单位开展问卷调查,比较高校毕业生和用人单位在大学生就业影响因素问题上的认知差异性,据此提出高校人才培养过程中应该如何更好地满足社会需求的建议。
Employment issues have become major problems concerning the vital interests of the common people.The unemployment problems have become increasingly urgent for college graduates in the stage of higher education popularization.Among those,structural inconsistency caused by mismatches between college graduates' employability and perceived employability and requirements of enterprises is especially sharp.The thesis has launched a questionnaire survey among college graduates and employing units to compare cognitive differences concerning the influencing factors in college graduates' employment.It also submitted suggestions to better meet societal needs for colleges in their students training processes.
