摘要
三峡库区的发展,关系到三峡工程综合效益的发挥,关系着库区百万移民的长治久安和民心向背。随着三峡库区投资高峰期的过去,其后续社会经济的快速发展问题再次成为社会关注的焦点,目前正面临着高层次人才的就业空心化问题。从高层次人才三峡库区就业的现状入手,分析致使三峡库区遭遇高层次人才双重流失的总体就业环境、人才培养模式、择业观念与职业倾向等具体因素。在此基础上,提出相应的对策建议,以有效解决三峡库区面临的内外部高层次人才双重流失的问题。
The development of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area decides not only the Comprehensive benefits of play of the Three Gorges Project,but also the relationship between long-term stability and public support of millions of immigrants of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.The rapid development of the follow-up socio-economic problems of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,along with the investment peak of the past,has once again become the focus of attention.And the employment of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is facing a high-level personnel hollowing.The paper from the status of the employment of high-level personnel of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,analyzes the causes of resulting in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area suffered from the double loss of high-level personnel,and proposes the effective countermeasures according to the overall employment environment,personnel training mode,concept of occupation and vocational orientation and other specific factors.
