摘要
西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革已经走过了6年,为了掌握毕业生区外就业意向,特别是赴广东就业的意愿,我们编制了《西藏农牧学院毕业生广东就业意向调查问卷》对本校763名毕业生进行了调查研究。数据显示绝大多数区内藏族高校毕业生不愿去区外就业,理想的岗位是在自治区提供的公职岗位就业,而且愿意去区外就业的小部分毕业生,对到区外就业也比较茫然,就业观念不务实。因此要积极转变西藏大学生的就业观念,加快高等教育改革,进行创业教育,培养创新人才。
Tibet Autonomous Region college graduates employment system reform has gone through six years,in order to grasp the graduates outside the region employment intentions,especially Guangdong province employment intentions,the preparation of the "Tibet agriculture and animal husbandry college graduates in Guangdong employment intentions questionnaire" on school conducted a survey of 763 graduates.The data show that the vast majority of the regions of Tibetan college graduates do not want to go outside employment,the ideal job is the employment of public service roles in the Tibet Autonomous Region,and a small portion of graduates willing to go outside employment,employment outside the region at a loss,the concept of employment is not pragmatic.Therefore,it is necessary to positive change in the concept of employment of the Tibetan students,accelerate the reform of higher education,and the entrepreneurship education,cultivate innovative talents.
