大学生职业规划现状和对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of University Students Career Planning

大学生职业规划教育越来越受到高校、社会和学生们的重视,其作用也愈发明显。尽管不少高校正在逐步开设大学生职业规划课程,但传统的教学模式仍占据整个教育体系的主流。由于中国的高校层次和级别各不相同,各类职业规划教育的教材虽多,但是不能很好满足各个学生的要求,效果不明显,多数院校的职业规划教育只是简单的介绍国外的理论,未能消化吸收,更是缺少有个性的专业针对性的教育。本文在分析了高校职业规划的现状的基础上,提出相应的对策。

Student Career Planning Education has caught more and more attention and its role is becoming increasingly apparent.While many colleges and universities are gradually opening graduates career planning courses,but the traditional teaching mode still occupy the mainstream of the education system as a whole.Career planning education can not meet the various demands of the students and the effect is not obvious.In most university,career planning education is just a simple introduction to the theory of foreign and lack of personality professional targeted education.This paper analyzed the status quo of the career planning of vocational colleges and proposed appropriate countermeasures.
