热管是一种非常高效的导热元件,其传热效率可达到金属的几十倍。自从热管技术被引入LED散热器制造行业,以热管为核心,配合热沉、翅片、风扇等构成的热管模组,能够解决因空间狭小或热量过于集中而导致的散热难题,克服了传统散热模式无法克服的发热功率与有效散热能力之间的矛盾。
