从CATIA软件中的树命令比较,利用core-cavity方法的步骤繁多,所花时间是很多的,但这样却弥补了传统实体造型方法的缺陷,并且能为模具供应商提供有力的数据支持,而且文件中的部分数据参数还可单独取出,增加了利用率,对于设计人员来说是非常有价值的。由于这种方法的设计思路是很清晰的,初级设计人员能很容易读懂它,充分体现了资源共享。

Compare with the tree of command in CATIA software,we can see that the process of core-cavity method is various,and needing more time,but it make up the bug in traditional part design,and offer the date sustain for the mould provider,furthermore,the part date and parameter of document also can be break out solely,increasing the using rate,that is very valuable for design person.Because the design thought is very clear,the primary design person can understand easily,that fully incarnate the resource sharing.
