血清糖化白蛋白在2型糖尿病患者中血糖控制的临床意义 被引量:9

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,糖尿病的患病率逐年上升,因其引起视网膜、肾、神经、心脑血管等各种并发症,已经成为严重的公共卫生问题。在现阶段,糖尿病尚为不可治愈性疾病,但是它是可防、可控性疾病,严格的血糖控制能够有效的预防各种并发症的发生与发展。糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是葡萄糖与血红蛋白的基化产物,能够反映2~3个月的平均血糖水平,
